DEPOSIT - One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per room is required to hold reservation which applies to the last day of your vacation account. Make deposit check payable to: Cave Hill Resort Reservations will NOT be held without a deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Due to our short season, a 90-day notice is required to receive full refund of your deposit.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT - Please settle your account with CASH, PERSONAL CHECK (with I.D.), TRAVELERS CHECKS, MASTER CARD or VISA. All rates are subject to CT taxes.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT - check-in 2 p.m. (certain acceptances apply) - rooms may not be ready before that time.
Check-out time - is 10:30 a.m. (certain acceptances apply) - to allow reasonable time for preparation for incoming guests.
(Arrangements may be made in the office for extended stay.)
GRATUITIES - are NOT included in rates quoted. We do NOT add a service charge to guest's bills. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR WAIT STAFF & HOUSEKEEPERS!
VISITORS - Please make prior arrangements and payments in the office if you are expecting visitors for the day.
GOLFING - Practice 8-hole course on premises. Several Championship Courses within 5 - 15 minutes.
LAUNDROMAT - Coin operated within 10 minutes.
| WHAT TO BRING - Large POOL towels, fishing pole, tennis racquet & sneakers, softball glove, comfortable clothes & shoes, bathing suit, sun block, pool floats, camera & film, playing cards, games, snacks, BYOB, ice cooler. We sell Bagged Ice. |
