What’s offered (included in event pricing)
- Available for weekday or weekend events
- A six-hour event (with an additional 1 hour prior to event for setup and .5 hours after the event for breakdown & cleanup)
- Will accommodate up to 200 guests (a final count must be provided 7 days prior to the event)
- Field parking for all guest vehicles and/or bussing
- Bathroom facilities and changing rooms
- Use of grounds to include: 40’ x 100’ swimming pool, boating at our Lake Mini-Ha-Ha, tennis, volleyball, badminton, softball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, children’s playground, barbeque area, and designated pavilion areas with picnic tables
- A lifeguard provided for events with 100 or more guests
How to customize your event (additional costs incurred to client)
◦ Three options are available for your event’s fare- A Caterer from our Preferred Vendors list
- An outside caterer of your choosing *must be fully certified, insured, and licensed*
- “Do-It-Yourself” – where the client provides their own food & beverages
◦ Additional entertainment can be brought in (under the arrangement of the client) to include, but not limited to: a disc jockey, ice cream truck, inflatable bounce house, etc.
- Walk-in refrigeration available
- Bagged ice available
