What’s offered (included in event pricing)

• Available for weekday or weekend events
• A six-hour event (with an additional 1 hour prior to event for setup and .5 hours after the event for breakdown & cleanup)
• Will accommodate up to 200 guests for outdoor events only (a final count must be provided 7 days prior to the event)
• Field parking for all guest vehicles and/or bussing
• Bathroom facilities and changing rooms
• Use of grounds to include: 40’ x 100’ swimming pool, boating at our Lake Mini-Ha-Ha, tennis, volleyball, badminton, softball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, children’s playground, barbeque area, and designated pavilion areas with picnic tables
• A lifeguard provided for events with 100 or more guests

• Will accommodate up to 25 guests
• Field parking for all guest vehicles
• Bathroom facilities and changing rooms
• Use of grounds to include: 40’ x 100’ swimming pool, boating at our Lake Mini-Ha-Ha, tennis, volleyball, badminton, softball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and children’s playground
• A designated pavilion area with picnic tables

How to customize your event (additional costs incurred to client)

◦ Three options are available for your event’s fare

• A Caterer from our Preferred Vendors list
• An outside caterer of your choosing *must be fully certified, insured, and licensed*
• “Do-It-Yourself” – where the client provides their own food & beverages

• Walk-in refrigeration available
• Bagged ice available
